Event Photos: We temporarily store the high-resolution event photos uploaded by photographers to facilitate delivery.
Guest Information & Selfies: When a guest uses our service to find their photos, we collect the selfie they upload and standard device/browser information.
Biometric Data (Facial Geometry): To match guests with their event photos, our AI (powered by AWS Rekognition) scans the uploaded selfie and the event photos to create facial geometry data (biometric identifiers).

3. How We Use Your Information We use the collected information strictly to provide and improve our services:

To instantly match and deliver event photos to the correct guests.
To create personalized, secure photo galleries.
To provide analytics to event organizers (e.g., download counts, gallery views).
To process payments and maintain your account.

4. Biometric Data Policy We treat your facial data with the highest level of security.

No Selling: We absolutely never sell, lease, or trade your biometric data or photos to third parties.
No External Training: Your facial data is used exclusively to find your photos within the specific event you attended. It is not used to train external AI models.
Retention & Deletion: Biometric data generated from a guest's selfie is temporarily stored to perform the matching process and is automatically permanently deleted from our active servers after the gallery expires or upon direct request from the user.

5. Sharing of Information We only share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform (such as secure cloud hosting and payment processors like Stripe). These providers are legally bound to protect your data and cannot use it for their own purposes.

6. Security We use enterprise-grade administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
